"I was trying to get a price quote on servicing my car. The number for the service department brings you to an automated service to direct your call. You always speak to someone that has to transfer you to a service adviser, there are no direct numbers. I called four times to get my question answered leaving messages three out of the four times, and not once was my call returned. Is this the new standard of service for Dublin Chevrolet?"

"Multi point inspection, tire rotation, oil/filter change, engine filter, and trans fluid - this took 5.5hrs for my fleet vehicle. 2 hours to check fleet status. Techs closed shop for an hour to go to lunch. Arrived at 10am and left at 330pm. I guess courtesy washes aren’t offered here? Fremont Chevy had me in and out in 1.5hrs in the past. Oil changers can change oil and filter in 20 mins including verifying fleet status. Oil changers also does trans fluid. Anywhere else can rotate tires. Anywhere else can do a multi point inspection. Save yourself some time and go somewhere quicker."

"The customer service staff Haley was excellent but would definitely not recommend this place. It’s not clear to me if the cars are extremely poorly designed or whether the staff are not well trained. I have a leased Chevy Bolt and came in to get a lightbulb changed and software updated, and on assessment found I needed a tire replaced. I was told it would be between 2 to 3 hours. Five hours later I was told that it wasn’t the lightbulb but an associated electrical component. Apparently they had to remove the entire front bumper in order to replace the bulb and had no way of testing the electrical circuit before hand. So not only am I leaving without having my primary issue addressed, I have to come back after they order the part. They took $65 off my bill which depending on how long the actual repair takes works out to about $11-13/hour for my time."

"Hopefully Dublin Chevrolet repairs your car right the first time, because if not they will expect you to pay for labor to fix their mistakes the second time around at $200 hr. I brought my 01 suburban in to fix a common problem with the fuel pump. The technician replaced the sensor instead of the whole fuel pump. When I spoke to a manager, Eric Dunbar, he admitted they probably should have replaced the whole fuel pump. His “compromise” was to only charge me half of the labor price to replace the fuel pump. Unbelievable! That is totally unacceptable. I am convinced that if I were a man and I had been very rude about it, Eric probably would’ve been more accommodating."
