"So today I go in Dollar General which I’m literally one of their best customers I’m in there 5 to 6 times a day minimum so I got $75 worth of stuff in my basket the cashier which is supposed to be one of their managers she tells she begins to tell me that they don’t have no bags so I said it’s always something with the store. Either is crowded and you can’t shop and now you don’t have no bags she go you know what you’re always rude. I’m never rude. I had one incident over ID with one of their cashiers and she took it that far. I’m never rude. I know everybody in the store up From who worked there and who’ve left who stayed I know everybody in the store so then she proceeded to tell me after this transaction you’re not allowed back in the store why I’m not allowed in this store she said well you’re complaining why do you come here because it’s convenient for me I am a disabled woman I literally live on the corner of this Dollar General so it is convenient. I have problems with my hip. I can’t walk far so it is convenient so she said after this transaction I’m not allowed in the store I told her since I’m not allowed in the store after this transaction why would I give you my money now I left everything on the counter and walked out the store. Now I’m looking for a higher manager so I can move forward with all the things I know that’s going on in that store Talking about she see me how you see me and you always locked up in your managers office with a long line in there flirting with another manager"
"Love their prices. Always new finds each week, as well as dependable favorites. Cat n dog food, litter, toys, and treats best prices and quantity in town i think. Love their candle selections and housegoods from rugs to decor and farmhouse themes. Best selection of holliday candy and snacks. Not one staff member seen on their phone."
"Poor Customer Service, Rudeness, Unprofessionalism! I asked the Cashier to include a bag of ice. The new Cashier, long black hair, lots of tattoos, forgot to ring up my ice. When I double checked going out, she replied Snottily, "You didn't ask for ice'! Then gave me a dirty look!"
"Thank goodness for the Dollar General. Coming back from the park today we decided we needed some ice cream. Not knowing much about the area I stopped here first and I’m glad I did."
