"The new release of the pink Starbucks target exclusive Stanley was very unorganized and shady. The Starbucks manger came out to hand out tickets for the ones in line so there would not be any crowding. Instead of continuing to hand out the remaining tickets, he waited for those who were waiting in THEIR CARS to get out and hand them tickets. That should have never been the case. If they wanted the cup they would have waited outside in the cold like everyone else. These 6 people should have never gotten a ticket to receive a cup. Due to this I was 2 tickets away from a cup. He was very dismissive of us. When passing out the tickets he did not announce what he was going to the line or that there was no more tickets. When we finally got inside their espresso machine wasn’t even working. Josh that was at the door is the only reason why this review was one star."

"I never post but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever witness. I went earlier this week to do a little bit of holiday shopping and then I heard someone yelling from a few aisles down. There I saw an associate being screamed at by a manager. I’m grateful to not work in such a hostile work environment after witnessing how aggressive she was acting. She has red hair, I believe her name was Nancy. I’ll never be shopping at this location again after this, no one deserves to be treated like this especially at work."

"Needed a few things- and on this particular day they had no shopping carts but we did find a hand-basket that did the job. Very busy but we managed to find the items needed went to the self check out line. Many people in this line, but the line moved quickly so we were glad."

"Target is Going downhill! Now it’s getting as bad as Walmart where dozens of closed registers sit empty, few employees, and long lines of waiting customers. I’m giving an extra start only because of Jared (a nice young man with excellent customer service skills). I stood in line for about 15 minutes to but a gift card. 14 registers and only ONE was open. The self checkout registers were also available. There were two huge lines wrapped around…a line for the one open register and a line for self checkout. After chatting and debating with the customers around me, I asked the only checker if she would call for more help since the line was so long. She said “everyone is on break” and went back to checking. She never even summoned a manager or attempted to ask for more help. I went to customer service while others held my place in line. There was a long line with two checkers. One employee (Jared) finally walked by and I was able to get his attention. I asked if we could get additional checkers. He said “ let me see what I can do“. About five minutes later, Jared found me and came and told me to follow him. He opened a register. Jared made my day! After a long wait he took the personal time and attention to let me know that he was opening a register. Had it not been for Jared I would likely just never return to Target. If I have to stand waiting in line, I might as well go stand at Walmart where the prices are lower."
