"Pushing 4 stars, but they just don't always meet expectations. My big pet-peeve is when part of the store closes whilst being open otherwise. Generally, you cannot get deli service after 9pm, and yet they are open til 11pm. This upsets me as I get home late and shop in later evening times. Managers will try to offer help though.... Ie., Call the order in earlier and they will hold it. Great but I rarely remember to call in! Argggg!"
"This is The Best Stater Brothers! I would give it 10 Stars! Today, The Store Manager Helped me get my Juicy Fruit Gum! He and many others have helped me every time I go! I'm 70 so I forget named, but I think the manager is Chris and Ryan, always helps me out with my groceries! Thank you for great customer service!"
"The Staters here is clean and employees are mostly courteous and professional. The Parking Lot is a whole different store folks. Watch your back, watch the ones panhandling and most important, elderly, DO NOT ACCEPT HELP FROM ANYONE accept store employees or a Uniformed Officer. Sorry, it is dangers now. Please be aware of your surroundings and lock your doors."
