"I have been shopping exclusively at Lowes for the past 10 years. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. The customer service is so atrocious they have one hand saying one thing and then another hand saying a totally different statement. They say they will call within 24 hours. That is a false statement. The only time I am.able to.speak with someone is.when I call, they are unable to keep any sort of promise. They want us to contact the manufacturer for a dented washer when it was dented in their care and the manufacturer does not deal with dented appliances. I will not shop there anymore nor will I recommend anyone else shop there. It is no wonder they are having financial issues. No wonder Home depot is always crowded and Lowes is always empty. They have no concept of following through with the simplest task such as calling back."
