"After making FULL payment BEFORE service was completed satisfactorily and after 2 very stressful service calls & my stove top is still unsafe. I GIVE UP!! All I wanted initially was to have short to one bulb addressed so it would lose illumination once the eye is cooled. That light is now inoperable.(As is now ANOTHER light that worked prior to this visit.) The requested knob replacement was completed. But, after paying over $800 & STILL not repaired to my satisfaction, I GIVE UP!!! When asked whether I wanted to order EVEN MORE PARTS to satisfy. repair request, I told him to do what was best (hell, I’m not an electrician) & he took it as “ customer declined”. I should have expected this level of chaos from my first refrigerator service request with you guys. Your Techs don’t meet scheduled blocks of time & communication is atrocious. One text: 8AM-12PM was changed to way later in the day. (ANOTHER day of waiting-wasted!!!) I will donate for poor service from Sears Home no longer. I donated FULL PRICE & I KNEW there would be issues!! NO MORE!! Fool me once….."

"Tech was great! On time. Great customer user interface on appointment time. He found the problem quick and fixed it on the spot. It was a brittle water line. Second appointment was dryer and same deal. Quick diagnosis, direct drop shipped the part to us and tech scheduled and showed up on time and not only replaced the part but went over and beyond to clean under and behind."

"Firstly, Javier contacted me and provided me with his name and purpose for contacting me. Secondly, upon his arrival, he again identified himself and wasted no time. Javier asked me to explain what happened that made me contact them to take a look at the Washing Machine. After listening to my explanation, he immediately went to the washing machine and examined the machine and found issues and quickly resolved the issue. I must say, his experience was shown during the process of inspecting the washing machine and quick diagnosis. Javier is to be commended for his quick assessment and professionalism during the time he was here at my home."

"He was nice before maybe he shaving a bad day he told me he treats people the way he's treated I thought am I being rude I told him I'm not a slob so please don't judge me on my home and as I was cleaning the inside plastic liner.I don't appreciate ANYONE coming into my home MAN OR WOMEN and being rude to me and I'm by myself with my kids or showing me an attitude I don't deserve that I hope he has a better day God bless him. He did his job but I felt very uncomfortable with him I want another tech next time. I've always been very nice to these tech when they come out and I've always talked to him so I hope he has a better day !"
