"I won a globe on the shop goodwill auction site and didnt realize i needed to set up an appt to pick it up. I explained to the gentleman in charge and he was so very nice about it. He retrieved the globe and i was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and that is what i recieved from him. Thank you so much for your understanding sir, you are an asset to the goodwill for sure."
"I visit this store frequently and Theresa has this store way above any of the other stores standards. It is laid out by size and color. Me and my wife visited for the first time during the mandatory masks. She had this store following the letter of the law and cleaning and sanitizing shopping carts. I give the store 5 stars and the store manager 10 stars. Keep up the excellent work."
