"Lady at working around 9pm was cursing in the store with a customer the entire time I was in there. No customer service, told her to have a great night and she didn’t say anything to me. Turned directly to the other customer in the store and proceeded her conversation and cursing. Also there is a very strong chemical smell when you walk in the door"

"Better experience across the street! Cashier was extremely rude. I stopped to fill my tank up. She never acknowledged me coming into the store, nor did she once I was at the counter. I ignored that being the positive person I am. She ignored me, I asked her was she okay she responded with attitude yes, I told her I was just checking because she was bent down and it appeared she was tired or hurt. Her response was with attitude of course, “ummm yes, damn is that okay with you?” I ignored that gave her my money and told her the pump. She stood there staring at me with my money in her hand, I told her never mind just give me back my money I’ll go elsewhere(across the street) way better service. I’m in the customer service field myself, have been for years. I would never provide bad service to a customer because I’m having a bad day. REMEMBER YOU CHOSE THAT JOB, I didn’t choose it for you. This happened 08/20/2023 at approximately 5pm. Circle K needs to put her through proper training or prepare to get bad reviews off the decisions of one disgruntled employee!! A horrible experience and waste of time. A very rude and disrespectful employee you guys are paying and it’s a shame she in there getting paid to be that way. I ended up across the street at the 7/11 Shell, thankful for a greater experience!!"

"Needs to stop saying its 24 hrs. This is prolly the 6th time I've needed something in the middle of the night. Drive to get to this one cause supposed to be open. Pull up to this lit up store to read credit or exact change on the locked door. Already hate going to this location cause when it is open it smells like an unflushed tolet. Just close at midnight and turn your lights off!!"

"I stopped here last night around 10 I believe . Don't usually go late to gas stations with my daughter. But she was hungry and it was late for fast food. So we went in to get milk and cereal. Gave the man a $50 not hearing how much it was because I was tired and just wanted to get home. He says let me see if I have change don't think I do. So I noticed he had an attitude and I said just charge it to my card. He's like no i already put it in, your just going to take all my money from the register. And shakes his head, finishes counting my change, and slams his register. Wow where did customer service go? All he needed to say was can't break it for you I don't have the change instead of being ugly. Last time I ever go here."
