"Don't order from this location. I got a notification my order was picked up and it wasn't by me. I called and the manager Carissa stated it wasn't picked up and I said I received a notification it was. I asked for her to go ahead and cancel and she said she couldn't because I would have to come in and now return it even though I didn't pick it up which didn't make sense. This didn't sound right and had to call the main number to get this canceled. I hope no one has to go through this."

"The pharmacy manager (Babu, I think) is HORRIBLE. Every time we come to this unit he is so disrespectful, he calls you with the finger like he doesn’t have your last name in the prescription paper and always chewing gum… He treats every patient like he’s doing them a favor not his job nor responsibility. He should be transfer to a Walgreens warehouse or somewhere where he doesn’t need to be in contact with patients nor customers."

"I understand the reviews now. I had called about them having a FED EX Drop off. No one ever answered so drove there instead, go inside and make sure they can accept my package, they say yes, so go out to my car to get it inside only to then be told they will only take small packages. What is the point of that? In addition mine is maybe 3x3ft by 2 inches. No more than 10 lbs. Not huge. Had they answered the phone could have saved me time, furthermore had they knew to ask me what size package since they have restrictions that would have saved me time as well. Need better employees here."

"I just visited the pharmacy here 30 minutes ago. I walked up to the register to pick up my prescription when no one else was standing there. The assistant asked me my name to look up my prescription, and when I told her, the customer that was a few feet behind me interrupted and told her his name. That customer had not gone anywhere close to that counter before I did. Before there was even a dispute about this, that assistant immediately chose him before me. It seemed it could've been because both those people are black. Didn't expect to experience racism there if that was the case and/ or lack of common sense."

"Ppl are quick to leave a negative review for things that aren’t the staffs fault. Understandably, you occasionally have to wait in line or wait on hold, as they are very busy trying to fill thousands of orders with very important guidelines while also helping with questions and ringing people up and answering a million calls…. I’m sure they would like more help but they are doing the best they can. If the pharmacist steps away to help ring up a customer that takes time away from their important tasks. My work schedule makes it hard to make it to the pharmacy during their hours as mine are very similar. However, they have been very kind and accommodating in trying to make sure my prescriptions are ready for an easy as possible pick up. Everyone I’ve encountered here has been very kind and helpful."
