"My first experience with a balloon purchase and it was one to remember! The associate Selena called to inform me the balloons I purchased are not recommended for helium, however, she offered alternative balloons to match the occasion or a refund. I went with the alternative balloons. Selena assured me my order would be ready for pickup at my requested time. . . And it was! This is the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! Thank you for all your efforts Selena, I will be returning soon!"
"Great variety. Bought a pan that seemed to have great quality and low price as it was not aluminum metal. When you enter the store, there is an odor that is part of the atmosphere, so odor sensitive people might need to shop fast. At least the odor is only noticable in the front part of the store."
"Excellent customer service. Always friendly staff and happy to help you. I enjoy coming in here because I know all the employees will be accommodating, happy, and helpful. Such a fun store too. Never know what you’re going to find but I love going in there for that reason. They do of course have staples, but I love when seasonal items come in as well because of the prices and specials they’ll run. Definitely worth checking out especially with their friendly staff!"

"This is such a cool store! My sister recommended that I check it out. I love the clean lines and bright lights. The products were all color coordinated and were easy to find. What I liked the most was the selection of pens and notes books! Of course , pOpshelf had so much more than that but that’s what stood out to me. I’ll definitely return soon. I was so excited that I forgot to take pics of the store. But I purchased some pretty cool pens. I also liked that it was an easy drive and the location was quick access from the freeway!"
