"This location is lacking structure and accountability. I can’t believe the difference in service from one of the Dallas locations to this Grand Prairie location. Unfortunately the insurance carrier has their contract and money invested in CVS. I truly feel at this point CVS Corp is not able to or even willing to correct the concerns that have been addressed by multiple clients in need of their medications and service. I will be reporting this to my insurance company as there have been times when they put in a claim to the insurance company stating I received medications they have not and will not release to me. CVS Pharmacy has made claims stating I didn’t have refills, or that I didn’t request the medications. Everything I do I do online with screen shots and email confirmations. So while this location might not be committing to the job there is still a paper trail showing my insurance company, medical provider, and myself have done everything correctly and it’s just the staff that is lacking."

"The pharmacy staff is lazy and pathetic. Used them do to having CVS Caremark benefits. Waited literally days to get an update on an Rx only to be told “We don’t have it and don’t know when it will be in” like that’s an ok answer to give someone regarding medication. Disgusting. I had my doctor resend the Rx to Kroger. I will most definitely be contacting CVS corporate"

"Chose this cvs because it was near where I was staying. Had to pick up meds and was shocked to find out they cost over 1000 dollars without insurance! The pharmacist kindly showed me how to look up medical coupons online and had no problem trying out several codes I found and never made me feel like I was burden to them. In the end I walked out of there paying less than 50 dollars!"

"Definitely a 0 rating...pharmacy is ridiculous. I get a text saying prescription is ready so I go and wait for another 40mins to be told its not ready to wait for a text even though I already did and it still not ready. Then this time I never got a text so I called to check if it's ready so I don't waste my time and I've been on hold for 56mins. Other times they say a prescription wasn't sent over and I go to the Dr office and they show me they sent over my prescription. Never get my medicine and then weeks later say I have a refill waiting but I never even got my medication."

"The worst! Waited in line for 45 mins. The staff was so unorganized. Line of cars in the drive thru stretched all around the building in a complete standstill. Customers at the desk would be ignored as staff were so busy handing multiple tasks at one time without any sense of urgency. There were 7 people on staff and everyone was all over the place. When it was finally my turn, my prescription was said so loudly I thought I was on a TV show!! Who does that? I had even tried to call ahead to get my prescription status over the phone but they refuse to answer the phone. Believe the bad reviews they’re true. I hope CVS does something about this nobody deserves this type of service."
