"The welcome team was excellent. Took me right in and checked my vehicle. Wait time was discussed and was reasonable. They actually got done before the time they gave me and that was a pleasant surprise. Mike and his team were professional and I felt safe leaving my vehicle in their care. Thanks guys for fixing my ride!!!"

"I called and scheduled an appointment to have a safety recall corrected on my 2017 Ford Mustang. I was told that the fix takes about 4 hours to complete. When I show up to the dealership I am told that the appointment was not to fix the recall but to have an advisement. I assure the service technician that is not what the appointment was for and that it was to fix the safety recall. He tells me that when I called I must have spoke to the Houston call center and not them directly. He can take the car on and that it will take 4 to 5 days. When I asked if it takes 4 to 5 days to fix or if that is just waiting for parts, he states that the 5 days is the vehicle waiting in line to be fixed because they have 400 cars ahead of me that also have safety recalls. I then ask if I can just leave with the car and when it is my turn I can return to drop off the car he states no because he needs to do a service ticket and the car has to sit at the dealership in order to do that. How does a dealership expect someone to leave their car for 5 days to sit there not being touched to wait for 400 other cars to be fixed? In addition how are there 400 cars sitting IN there service center waiting to be fixed??? Horrible customer service and not willing to work with the customer to come up with a solution to a safety recall. I am reporting them to NHSTA for failure to provide timely service."

"Alejandro was absolutely amazing!! He was so kind, nice and oh so very patient with us while we test drove a few vehicles. Another great thing about him, he is not pushy what so ever which is a very nice change from your typical salesman, car sales or not. He doesn’t try to get you into specific vehicle. He works with you to help you find what your like and definitely wants what is best for you/us, the customer. He was able to help me get my beautiful 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend in desert sand. I couldn’t but be happier. Thank you so much Alejandro for all of your and making this vehicle purchase so smooth and easy. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at with any car dealership. If you want to deal with Alejandro, which I do recommend, he is I. The used car building. And just because he is on the used car side, that doesn’t mean that he cannot get you into a brands new vehicle. Go check him out!! Him"

"Back in late September, I bought a F350 Lariat with platinum package and a little over 54k miles on it for $56k with $7k trade in down and $49k owed from a dealership in Ohio. Came into the dealer here in Lubbock today to trade down for a 2016 Honda civic with around 86k miles maybe for $16.5k. Guy asked me what I wanted for truck and I said $50k if I could and told him how I came up with that. I said I looked it up on kbb and Edmund. The truck is a little old with minor dings but nothing crazy and great mileage on it. Really clean inside and loaded. Kkb puts it between good and very good. Long story short kkb puts trade in around $49/50k. The Honda they have is 2.5k higher than the max buy value on kkb which i told them and they said thats how we do it. Because I mentioned kkb and Edmunds they pull up j.d power instead and said my trade in should be 40k. Then they tried to claim it was because of 4k worth of hail damage, which is an exaggeration. Then say because once you drive it of the lot it loses value which is only on new cars not old. I checked j.d power myself and it says the value is between 45 to 47k basically. They knew i was a disabled veteran and I think they thought they could take advantage of me. They say thank you for your service because they see my service dog, but that's the best deal they offered. Put me in $9k debt, then turn around and sell it for $15k more than they gave me and sell me a car overvalued by $2500. If you are disabled, if you're a veteran, whoever you are, don't buy from these guys."
