"Self checkout and in person checkout by cashiers are both always available here. Customer service and checkout is always quick, polite and helpful at this location. There are a lot of employees that have been here for quite some time and it's nice to see the same friendly faces each time we go in! The store itself is usually clean and well stocked. Bathroom is clean and well stocked. Most times there are associates out on the floor stocking, cleaning or filling orders, so it's never hard to find someone if you have a question. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recently tried grocery pickup for the first time and it was a great experience! It was raining and cold, but the associate who brought out the order was polite, helpful and made sure we had everything we ordered AND that it was loaded carefully into our vehicle. Customer service desk closes at 8pm."
"Why are pharmacy hours on the website so different than the actual hours? Website says they open at 6am and the pharmacy still isnt open at 8:30am… inconvenient is an understatement."
"So I went to this Walmart today I’m in line waiting to be checked out by a cashier. Usually I do self check out and now I know why I am going to continue to do self check out.. when I came up to this gentleman, he did not say one word to me. He just started scanning all my stuff, and I looked down, and I noticed he’s on his phone watching TikTok’s, and he had headphones in his ear. He did tell me my total did not make any eye Contact with me said how was your day any kind of customer service at all? He just handed my receipt to me and started scanning the next guest…. It was like I was in the way of his day. Walmart needs to get it together. Because I could’ve easily went off on him got him in trouble and ruined both of our days, but I know God has blessed me, so I’m just gonna leave it here in The reviews. Stay blessed"
"This is one of the few good Walmarts in Lubbock. The employees are always great and friendly. And they seem to be the same employees so you sorta grow to get to know them. Is that a good thing? The store is also always clean and organized. They seem to take pride in this location. Quick and easy, in and out. Overall, this is a great store and a great location."
