"Always have liked this place. But, lately, the price marked is 90% of what you will pay. I told them I would very much prefer just to see my exact price posted and not have to do the math before I decide whether I’m going to make the purchase or not. If they keep this “Bud Light-like” business up, I will go from a regular to a former customer just like that! Later Post! I don’t know who the genius is that thought adding 10% to your bill at checkout would be a good idea, but this person was wrong. It’s very close to the genius marketing move which has sunk Bud Light’s ship. I HATE the way Walmart tries to force you to check yourself out, but I prefer even that over this 10% markup garbage. Ace, I will NOT be back as long as this stupid idea is in place."
"Within two minutes of entering the store, we were greeted by a very friendly employee named Sarah who immediately helped me find a light bulb that I was looking for. We then walked around looking for another item and ran into her again, at which point she asked if she could help us find something else. I told her what I needed, and she immediately took us to it. It’s sad that in some stores customer service has gone downhill so much that employees will walk right over you and not say a word to you. I’m thankful to find a store where old-fashioned customer service is still in place and going strong. I hope Sarah gets a raise in pay soon."
