"Dunbar Lake Dam impounds the water of the North Fork Double Mountain Fork Brazos River. This is essentially the famous Brazos River which flows by Houston. The mouth of the river is located at Blackwater Draw outside of Portales, New Mexico. Due to water discharge from the City of Lubbock there is a perennial flow. You should stop if you're in the area."
