"Tonight's experience was very disappointing and distasteful. The young lady behind the counter was very rude and showed it in her facial expression that she truly is not a face for customer service. My sisters and I walked in around 3-4 minutes till 9 for ice cream. We noticed the chairs were up and that the young lady was cleaning, but prior to walking in the sign, it did reflect closing time for Sunday at 10pm. As we walked in the young lady behind the counter looked at us in disgust I'm assuming because we walked in a few minutes till closing which we weren't aware of at the time because again the sign on the store front says 10pm. I asked if the store was still open, and she rudely replied yeah you got 3 minutes.""" We were no longer interested at that point and went over to menchies and had a wonderful experience with the lady's working. When my sisters and I get together for something sweet, Marble slab was out meeting spot, but unfortunately, this was a complete turn-off, and this matter should be addressed before it happens to someone else, truthfully even though we walked in just before closing you still have to serve your customers and take pride in everything you do.It's not what you say it's how's you say it."

"Very disappointed with the overall taste of my order. I ordered a strawberry shortcake sundae expecting well strawberries and there is no strawberries just an extremely artificial tasting syrup the ice cream the cake was good but who wants a strawberry shortcake sundae with no actual strawberries… I understand having not having actual fresh strawberries but i know there are other options other than this. I also ordered a cookie and it had the worst after taste maybe it was the one i got (m&m) but definitely was yet again disappointed… so disappointed that i never leave reviews on places but i felt the need to here…"

"Purchased several pints of their ice cream online and they got my order wrong and they didn't fix it. I called and the guy working said it was too late to fix the order plus it's pouring rain outside. Not sure what the rain had to do with anything but I asked if he could remake my order and I will pick it up the next day. The guy agreed and said he would put my name on the bag and it would be in the freezer for me to pick up. I came in next day and there was no bag of ice cream with my name and so I asked the crew if the guy working last night left a note or communicated to them about the remake. The shook their heads no and then went about their day. No one fixed my issue or even cared.I spent about $60 on 4 pints of ice cream that we won't enjoy.I wrote an email to their corporate offices about the issues I had with my purchase and also got no response from them. Terrible customer service and lack of communication."

"One of the best place to enjoy ice cream. Had a great experience. Really liked the flavors we tried; like chocolate, coffee, vanilla, buttermilk with cone. Nice and clean place as well parking available."
