"Sue (the manager) has zero customer service and always seems to be so mad at the world. She’s always very snappy, rude, and on the defense with all customers. The same goes for the odd girl with tattoos all over. Who is hiring these people? This is a place that requires a friendly, professional, and customer service oriented staff and not someone that looks like they are going to mug you. PLEASE hire a new staff. There is another older lady there who is just a joy! She is always smiling and in such a good mood. These two are definitely giving this store a bad light. Hire a new staff before these two scare everyone away!"
