"I went to the Friendswood TX Kohl’s to do an Amazon return. After waiting 10 minutes in line at Customer Service, I was told that Amazon returns were processed at a different counter at the back of the store. Why wasn’t there a sign to tell customers that? After my return, I decided to buy 1 item. This store had only 1 checkout counter with a single clerk working. There were TEN people in line ahead of me. Don’t shop at this store unless you have plenty of patience and lots of time to stand in line!"
"I received $160 coat for Christmas and it was too small so I try to take it back and exchange it for a larger size. The only thing they had in a larger size was a different brand but the same price coat and they only wanted to give me $34 and some change toward, the coat that fit me. I think that’s craziness special at Christmas time when people are gonna have gifts that may or may not fit properly."

"One stop shopping. Drop off your Amazon returns in the back of the store and grab some Under Armour on the way out. Lots of parking and no lone lines. Not my favorite place to go but easy in and out."
