"Usually I like going to that pawn shop because they have a big floor with a lot of nice items, but I would have never guessed that they would sell broke non functioning items so carefree and confidently. I specifically went in there for high quality earbuds, and I found the perfect ones. I bought them went home, charged them, and processed to connect them to my phone and to my surprise they didn't work because one of the buttons on the earbuds was jammed. I tried to unjam it and nothing I tried worked. I didn't think it was a big deal, I thought I'd just return them the next day and get different ones. I went to return them LESS THEN 24 HOURS LATER, they still remembered me from the day before. But since I did not buy the warranty with them then that ment I can not get a refund, the most they can do for me was buy them back for half price. I explained to them that I did not break them, thats how they were already. They told me that it doesn't matter that is why they offer the warranty. But that doesn't make any sense, I thought warranty was for if u mess it up after u buy it, not for just in case you buy a broken item from there shelves. I told them they should advertise that. They have all kinds of signs about deals and options but there is no signs that read," make sure to buy warranty because we might sell you a broken item". Usually if they know and item has issues they put the sign "AS IS". I even ask if store credit was possible for my full purchase price, and they told me no they can't do it because I did not buy the warranty. He said that all action pawns and money marks have the same return policy. But I know for a fact that is not true. The action pawn on military and Flores let me return an electronic scooter I had bought for $200 from them with no issue. So does anyone else think that makes no sense? I pretty much paid them to inconvenience me. So to them people need to buy warranty every time they buy from them because the items they sell might be broken. That just sounds crazy. If they think that makes perfect sense then they should back it up and write a sign near the register, even a little brief one will do."

"I understand this is a shady business that low balls you at each every opportunity. This is the only business can get over on you legally. I recently pawned a watch less than a month ago. I went to pick yesterday they said it is nowhere to be found. Now they want to give me a “better watch” as a replacement. Someone there has my watch. It needs to be returned the same way I brought back what I borrowed with interest."
