"I would never recommend this business to anyone ever and I would drive 1000 miles to avoid wasting my time to talk to anyone at Dallas gold and silver. I am certain that you need to use a X-ray machine to be certified as to what you are looking at and was told by a few people this was the place to come to and I was in the store for less than a minute before the man behind the counter with his expert knowledge of all minerals and precious metals informed me of what I had but couldn’t explain why if it was what he was saying I can put it into acid peroxide mix and it does nothing to it o and their X-ray machine is broken… What a waste of time!!!"
"I've dealt with Brett multiple times, and I've always got a fair deal, before I sell my metals I always call the large precious metal dealers to get a quote, than I will contact Brett, I must say his prices are spot on with the large metal dealers, however they want you to mail your metals in, but with Brett I can meet with him at one of his many locations, the transactions have always been quick and smooth, and I'm on my way. Definitely an A++++"
