"I don’t even know how this is a business. You guys better not have touched anything in my car."
"Absolutely terrible. My car was brought here on the 20th, I called and paid my car company what I owed the very next day. I then called Repo’s immediately after just for them to tell me they don’t have release forms even though I was assured they would be received within 1-2 hours of calling Resolvion. They then told me they were leaving for the day - it was 1:30 and their website says they close at 3. Had to call back on the 24th because of the holiday and they STILL told me they had no release forms. So I had to play a game of calling Repo’s and Resolvion back and forth. Once Repo’s told me they finally had the release forms, I asked if I could come pick up my car. I was told “no we don’t do same day appointments and our next one isn’t until the 28th”. That is now 6 days after I had paid my debt. Why do I need an appointment for something that should take no longer than 10 minutes?? My car is paid, you have release forms, and now you’re making me wait for another 4-5 days to simply come pick up my car? Ridiculous. On top of all of this, I finally come to get my car today and the address online is wrong so I have to call and ask for the right one. It’s just inconvenient all around. I also have now been waiting 30 minutes since my appointment time started and my car is still not pulled up. Also have heard many things and read reviews about how this place has taken personal belongings out of peoples’ cars so I will definitely be checking my entire car before I leave. Unbelievable that you even have to worry about that from a so called business. Do better"
"This “business” has no structure of how to run one neither do they have the attributes to have own one. Very poor communication skills."
"Worst place ever!! Told me to call at a certain time after they were closed just so they could charge more money. Even if you have an appointment they take up to an hour to get you your vehicle. They are very unprofessional!!!"
"I went to pick up my car and it took over an hour to deliver it to me. I had a bracelet hidden away in my car (in the same spot for over 3 years) and when I looked for it, it was gone. They said it was possibly in the bag they left for me, but it was not there. They "lost" it. Before picking up, make sure they give you back ALL of your items."
