"If I could give 10 stars I would. Noorani was absolutely amazing and treated us so well. We came in needing a charging port replaced. She told us about 1-2 hours so we walked around the mall for a bit. We came back after about 2 hours and the phone was done and almost fully charged for us! She was so sweet, even asked about my boyfriend and I’s school and addressed us by name. Amazing service and an amazing lady."

"I broke my Apple Watch, a couple months back, on the tile floor. The whole screen cracked and I took it to ITalk and Repairs to see if I could have gotten the screen fixed. Let’s just say I should’ve just taken it to Apple and got the screen fixed there. In terms of seeing the progress of repair of my Apple Watch, there was absolutely no communication. There was no way to find out when the new screen came in, when to drop the watch off, or when the watch was finished/repaired. I had to call them directly to get those updates. When I received the Watch it looked perfect. It made my day (other than the small scratch marks I saw at the bottom of my watch—like the screen was pried off my watch). It was finally fixed. However, when I got back home, I realized closely that one side of the screen was lifted from the watch. It didn’t look like it was glued properly. Overall, the hospitality is nice, though the quality of the repair sucked, as well as the communication (before I forget, they almost lost my Apple Watch bands for my wrist. When I came in, the watch was ready but the bands were lost in the disarray). Also before the repair even took place, Noorani kept urging me to write a nice review. I held back and waited until I saw the results and that’s why I give it three stars."
