"Worked with Tyler up at the front desk. Had a Friday appointment at 10:30 for a tire mount and balance as well as an alignment. Was in a slight time crunch, they were able to get my truck in and out. Tyler worked with his technician and kept me updated during the whole process. They put it on the alignment rack to check the alignment, decided it didn't need one, and provided the spec sheet to back up their words. Very thorough and methodical work. Will be going back."

"Would highly recommend! Was visiting a friend in hospice, and could not get the washer fluid to work on a very slushy, yucky day. Stopped by here, explained the situation and Tyler not only checked the fluid level and topped it off, but cleaned out the sprayers (front and back) which was the actual problem. He also cleaned off the backup camera and let me know the back window spray nozzle was broken and should be fixed. Very helpful and kind."

"Great experience overall. Just had an oil change & filter. Initially a bit surprised at the cost ($90) but then realized there were 60 inspection items covered. We have a long drive to Arizona ahead of us, so I was actually relieved to know of the thorough inspection. Probably why it took an hour. So I ended up leaving feeling good about the experience and I would definitely come back again for future work on our car."

"I can't say enough nice things about Farnsworth Auto. Chris is wonderful the mechanics are great. I've taken my car there several times for issues and all issues are resolved at a very reasonable price. If you need your car fixed they're the best."

"Steve and his team have been working on my two cars for about 7 years now. They are the most honest and professional auto service I've seen in the Aurora area. I live 8 miles away and I always go to them, even though I have an auto shop .2 miles from my home. I've never had to bring my vehicle back because of shoddy workmanship, they are upfront on their pricing and their costs are reasonable."
