"On December 8, 2023, our furnaces were tuned up by Alex from Perfect Home Services. He not only checked and tested the furnace but also provided detailed recommendations. We are appreciated his time and patience. On February 6, 2024, the services technician Alex traveled about an hour to get to our property, checked on furnace in detail and provided a few repair options. We appreciated his professional services and suggestions. Also we thanked for office's quick arrangement on setting up an appointment."

"Perfect Home Services is the company that took over the business for Pustai Heating and Cooling in Griffith Indiana. One year later, Perfect Home Services made the decision to reevaluate their business and change their servicing area which is perfectly fine and good. However the way they went about it was horrible. I paid for their VIP service and was able to make an appointment to service my boiler furnace this passed December. On the morning of as I waited for the technician I received a call stating the appointment is cancelled and they no longer service my area. They said I would be refunded for the remaining amount on my VIP Service and hung up. I have yet to receive my refund. I received garbled voicemails stating a refund was processed to my account and was told to check my bank. Myself and my husband have checked our accounts as well as our credit card statements and no refund has been processed. I just called again and wait again.The cycle continues. Don't get me wrong we were very happy with perfect home services, their technicians were great, thorough and they documented everything and emailed you the invoices, notes, recommendation and images. Now I hope I can find another reputable company that services the South Suburbs . I get their business decisions, it is too bad for me because I do not live in the Northwest burbs. I highly recommend them if you're in their servicing area.I gave them the one star due to the issue of unfinished business.However I would definitely give them 4 star rating for their servicing."
