"Manager Ryan was so helpful. I came in early Sunday morning to have my tire inspected. He explained to me that he was a man short and if I could come back later he would promise to take care of me. I came back after I got off work and as promised Ryan took care of me. He explained everything thing to me. I had 2 nails in my tire which 1 was repairable but the other wasn't. Unfortunately I had to buy a tire. Ryan's kindness made my experience enjoyable. Thank You Ryan"

"I don’t enjoy having to need my car serviced outside of the routine oil change because like anybody, I hate spending money! However, I feel comforted going to Firestone because I they are always friendly and approachable! They feel like a knowledgeable brother to me. They keep a record of the work they do on my car and give me a history printout of all they do. My car is always in tip top shape. Firestone never fail to deliver and they are always on time!"

"Worst service. Last week I left my car for general service to verify before taking for vacation, they have checked and told suggestions like oil change, tire change. I left my car 3 days back for oil change and they told there was small oil leakage while I take my car back. I asked, during last inspection you have not informed oil leakage and how come sudden leakage. They have informed we could not noticed that time. Then I took my car to other service center and they identified the issue due to the oil change by Firestone has caused the oil leakage and showed the photo as well. I shared the same to Firestone and they did not agree with that. I have spent money again to fix the issue caused by Firestone from other service center. Very worst."

"I was HIGHLY impressed with this place when I was there the other day. The new GM (I think his name is Josh, or something like that) is really awesome and easy to talk to. He's great at explaining things in a way that I understood, and I could tell that he and his team really took the time to make sure the job got done right! I had been going to a "fancy" place for my oil changes, and Josh was able to show me that they had been doing something that caused the plug on my oil thing to become basically un-usable. Even though they had to order the part, I didn't notice an unusually long wait time AT ALL! Another thing I noticed and appreciated was that they kept the remote for the waiting room TV on the table in the waiting room so anyone could change the channel if they wanted to watch something different! I know its strange, but that made a huge impression on me! The crew members that I observed were all super friendly and knowledgable and even though the drive was a bit further than I am used to, I will definitely be going back there for anything I need in the future!"
