After replacing the part, he performed the “clean and maintain” process for which we had also requested and then cleared up afterwards. Chuck also provided suggestions on how to keep the dryer operating efficiently, which we appreciated."

I really appreciate his frankness and honesty by not installing the wrong part but informed me that the part is No Longer available. But I would get the refund. Now I know the real problem at least. I wouldn't have figured that out."
