Nick and all the other good folks over at First Care are first and foremost subject matter experts who are out to diagnose the issue and then implement the best, most-economical solution. And they do it without trying to upsell or pull the wool over your eyes. I wish there was a way to rate First Care at above five stars. If First Care was a restaurant, they would get more Michelin stars than Alinea!!!!"

"Great Job. The job included replacement of my HVAC system and Water Heater. All of my requests were completed as I asked including moving the A/C location, install of a new filter system and replacing a few feet of gas and water pipe. The crew was clean, including laying runners throughout all areas they were walking or working in. The job was completed in one day with minimal disruption to our family schedule. Put their number on your phone for any future work you may need."

"First Care Heating and Air came to the rescue for my family in September 2023. We noticed our AC unit wasn’t working as it should. We called Nick in a panic as we were expecting an end of summer heat wave in just a couple days! They were very quick to respond to our needs. We called on a Wednesday and scheduled for a visit on Friday. We then received notification that Darryl could make it out on Thursday. When he arrived he noted he didn’t want us without AC with the temps quickly rising and he prioritized the visit. We very much appreciated that! Darryl was super friendly and kind and has many years of experience in the industry. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a thorough explanation of what work needed to be done. We asked many questions and he answered them all with patience and grace. He really made us feel like he cared about us, almost like family! Darryl fixed the AC issue the same day and we were back in business and nice and cool! While Darryl was in our home we had him do a tune up on the furnace to prepare for the upcoming winter season. They were able to deep clean our unit, replace our igniter and flame sensor, and install an air scrubber. Multiple people in our home are seasonal allergy sufferers. We were excited to upgrade our system to give our family more comfort. When we installed the scrubber (with an ozone bulb) we noticed a smell that was a byproduct of the way the system worked. We were sadly displeased with the outcome. We reached out to Nick who was quick to work with us on a plan. He assured us that we could try some other options and would take care of us. I can’t express how much we appreciated this. Again, they treated us like family. We ultimately decided to keep the scrubber but swapped out the ozone bulb for a UV bulb. The difference was immediate and made us much happier. The way First Care Heating and Air made us feel important and like family definitely will make me a return customer.
