"Cedric from Accurate Garage Door came out same day during a snow storm to fix my broken garage door. Was able to replace the broken springs along with pulley cables quickly. Came back to install a new operator and key pad the following week. Great experience. Super knowledgeable and helpful. "I called this past Saturday because my garage door motor was not lifting my door. I explained my issue to Lisa over the phone and she helped walk me through what her technician Cedric would do in regard to the options I had to repair or replace the operating motor. She had Cedric out the following Tuesday and he troubleshot and showed me via video which parts failed in the unit and he walked me through my options and allowed me to choose what route I wanted to go. When I say he walked me through my options he actually schooled me on the different manufacturers of the motors and the mechanics behind the quality of parts with each option. Very trustworthy and honest. I am very happy and I appreciate the quality work! Thank you Accurate Door!!"
"Once again, we had a great experience with Accurate Door. Recently, over the weekend the spring broke on our garage door making it impossible to open. We were offered emergency or next-day service to fix the door. We opted to have the tech come on Monday. On Monday, Cedric from Accurate Door called and let us know what time he would arrive, and then once on site explained how it would be repaired and the cost upfront. The service was terrific and done within the time frame as promised. Perfect!"
