"Joel's and sons company car parked in front of a fire hydrant on Nov. 29th for an extended period if time. After sending an email to notify company of issue the response was " what was my issue ,and sorry to ruin your night. There were spaces available for parking that night. As a business I would think there would be an understanding that parking in front of a marked fire hydrant is not something that should happen for safety reasons."

"Fast, friendly and professional service! Our AC went out and we called at 9PM. Joel was here first thing in the morning to diagnose the issue. After diagnosing the system, he added a little freon to help us cool our home a little and, ultimately, he recommended a new unit. After shopping around quite a bit, we decided to go with Joel's and Son. They were reasonably priced and we felt most comfortable with the conversations we had with Joel. We called him late in the evening and he had his crew out first thing in the morning. They were thorough and were very clear as to what they were doing. Within a few hours, our old AC unit was removed and a new one was properly installed. The installation team was friendly, answered our questions and were very clean and organized.
