"This is admittedly a very belated review, but I think about the interaction I had with an employee here in early 2023 all the time. I walked in with my partner and asked a woman if they could put a bail on a gold charm. Before I could even take the charm out of my bag, she says “sorry, we only work with solid gold” in a very dismissive way. It’s like she looked at me (admittedly not wearing the nicest clothes) and basically clocked me as too poor to be their customer. I said my charm is solid gold (stamped 14k and a gift from a loved one who has passed, so I was quite insulted) and asked how long it would take to put a solid gold bail on the charm. They said the turnaround time would be several days. It seemed they thought this basic service request was beneath them and they would get around to it when they felt like it. If they hadn’t been so dismissive, I might’ve been willing to wait. Instead, I didn’t trust them with such a sentimental piece of jewelry. I went elsewhere (where the service was completed in less than an hour). Anyways, I’m sure they do great work because I had this shop recommended to me by a friend but god forbid you walk in and not look like a rich Dallasite."

"This location has the best people. Lee and Larry are the sweetest! I had a Coach bracelet that stopped clamping together smoothly. Lee fixed it in 5mins and didn't want to charge me a dime! Larry took a look at my necklace and was honest about not being able to fix it, but gave me advice on what I could do to save it. Edit: stopped by again to have my diamond ring setting adjusted and they did phenomenally once again. The wonderful atmosphere hasn’t changed a bit."
