"Scheduled a time to get work done, 1st they wanted a million pictures before they came out, then scheduled time and never show up, called at the end of the day and promised will be there the next day but never show. Wasted few days, I suggest, find a plumber with better rating and go with them, so may around the Aurora area"
"They came out to look at the job, left and ghosted me when I attempted to contact them. I would not use them ever. The least that they could do as a business, is tell me they were not interested in doing this work. The behavior shows you how they will handle any issues, mistakes or honor their work if they did do work and there was something that needed to be fixed. Red flag. At least deomonstrate professionalism guys."
"Affordable plumbing provided service to us about 10 days ago in. replacing Kitchen faucet that was leaking. We had purchased Delta premium faucet and asked them to install. The replacement was inaccurate and the associates did not test the faucet after installation. They rushed out with our new faucet box with tools and accessories. We contacted them many times and many text messages were sent. Everyday promises were made to deliver the box. The new faucet was leaking from the hub as it was not tightened. Follow-up with this company is impossible and not respectable at all. Very bad experience. Do NOT Recommend this vendor for any plumbing. Absolutely disappointing and work was not completed. Incompetent and rude owner and staff."
