"After grooming used to notice some cuts in the back of my puppy. They usually cover saying, your dog has skin allergy. couple of times I believed it was skin allergy for my pet. When I went this time I was insisting them to check before they do the grooming for any skin allergy if he had any. They refused to do and asked me that to sign the waiver for grooming(to cove their short comings later)..Just walked out. Price got increased exponentially. I won't go again for sure."
"Classy K9s did an incredible job grooming my golden doodle. Excellent price as well! They also took great care explaining to me the different options for cut length. Upon picking my pup up they again took time to make sure the cut was too my liking. Will definitely be back!"
"This place has been good in the past, but the manager today provided exceptionally poor customer service. I don’t live very close and I needed to run errands in the vicinity. Two hours after dropping off the dogs, I walked in to check how much longer they would be. The manager seemed frustrated that I was asking, and he proceeded to tell me it would take “4 1/2 to 5 hours for one dog”. He said they don’t want people to wait and told me that I needed to wait for a call to tell me my dogs ready. They called within an hour (which made me drive back and forth for no reason), and then when as I was walking out with my dogs in tow, he told me there was a “pre-condition” on one of my dogs. He then proceeded to try to show me pictures and said “you can’t bring them back later and try to say we did it” - which I wasn’t even considering. All in all, I don’t expect a groomer to provide exact pick up time estimates, but I also don’t expect them to be incredibly rude when asked. They also raised their prices recently, so it was more expensive than ever. I won’t be back."
"Tara is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I made sure to tell the owner and he said “I already know”…. My baby’s cut was the cutest too. There’s nothing like great service and great service Even BJ behaved differently knowing that he looked “cleaned up”."
