"Janie has become very unprofessional. She has cut my Mini Schnauzer 4 or 5 times. She waited until we showed up for our most recent appointment to tell us that she did not want to cut him anymore because he bit her last time. I asked her why she did not tell us that when we picked him up last time. She did not have an answer for me. It is very unprofessional for a business owner to behave this way. Especially with an already established client who has been coming here on regular basis for 9 months. I have been sensing some mental instability from Janie the last couple of times we have taken our dog to her. So as for my family, we feel as if this was a blessing in disguise due to Janie s current state of mind. Take your babies to her at your own risk."
