"Went with a sibling to get pierced and there was 2 workers a black female and a Latina female and the "manager" (black female) was so rude!!! She had an ugly face the whole time and said she can make whatever face she wanted to and forced us out the store. We ended up going to Clairs paid more but was wayyyy more worth it with the service we received!! Do not go here if you don't have to. She needs to be fired!"

"I tried to get my daughter’s ears pierced today, there were 2 female workers there who were very unprofessional. Neither one of them wanted to do the ear piercing and made it very clear. They were vocal about it! One worker just came off her break and sat her take down and said she wasn’t doing the ear piercing BUT they wanted us to pay for the ear piercing up first. I told both of those workers to keep their ear rings and we will go back and wait in line at Claire’s. I will never return, ever in life."
