"I have taken in multiple phone over the past few years for broken screens, water submerges, etc. They've never been a try one thing and then try to upsell you place - they will do their absolute best to get you back on the road with the phone you came in with. Each time I have been taken care of with the upmost care and professionalism. Something you would not necessarily expect at a Cell Phone Repair place with a bunch of young guys working is the great deal of empathy where they could have been disinterested. They instead, over multiple visits, exemplified great customer service and patience while trying to retrieve all my family photos and videos that hadn't uploaded to iCloud. "Phone stopped working and is not charging. I took it in and they have it a couple of days. Claim they can't fix it so they charge me $50. You've got to love a company that instead of standing behind their service and expertise they charge for their failures. Note there was no disclosure of a minimum price for them to look at it."
