"Poor customer service. Owner never followed through with commitments. Customer service is not a priority for this business. First time customer who did not know a thing about stereo installs. Owner took deposit and unwilling to return product and deposit. If I would have known this upfront along with the horrible customer service would not have done business with Owner."

"These guys are amazing. Installed my remote start into my 2006 Dodge Ram 5.9L Diesel in about an hour and a half. Then after I promptly screwed it up by messing with the module, I brought it back and they fixed it in about 15 minutes. I would recommend them to anybody. Very polite. Very skilled. The owner, his daughter (the secretary) and the technician are awesome."

"First of all I would like to say Rueben tinted my windows and did a great job. They look every bit as good as Jason's work over at professional window tint, where I normally take my vehicles. The only reason I had mine done here instead of there, was because my car was already there having other work done. He's professional and you can tell he takes pride in his business. I would definately recommend him for tint. As i understand he is the only one in the shop who does it. I will say, the woman in the office is very nice over the phone, in person....not so much. Had several small tiffs with her, and she was rude to my wife as well. Maybe she was having a bad day... The techs are young. Nothing wrong with that, however... The one sitting in the office talking to me, with the massive chew in his lip would be offensive to an older customer, or a woman. It didn't bother ME personally but c'mon man, this isn't the farm. It's an office and a showroom. He was however very friendly and seemed to know his stuff. Just being fair here.... The other tech, (skinny tall guy with glasses) was also very nice. He must be the guy that does the rustproofing because he was pretty filthy. I know that this is a dirty job, so that doesn't bother me, but getting into my new car without protecting the seats in any way? Isn't there supposed to be some sort of seat cover or something? Anyways...moving on.... The third tech was a total dick. He shouldn't be allowed in the office. He talked to me and my wife like we were morons, argued with me in front of another customer and was completely unprofessional. Turns out, we were right and it was HIM who didn't know what he was talking about. I thought the pricing was fair, and the work was quality. I would recommend the place, IF you can talk to the owner himself about the work you want done."

"I've been taking our family's cars and trucks to the new owners there since before they actually bought this particular business. He has always done a great job for us. There was never a problem with warranty work or any issues what so ever. I have to say I like the quality work that is done there by the owner and his staff. I was just there again today to have some work done. I had my windows tinted in the front of my pickup. they did a great job again. I would and have recommended this business to anyone that's looking for products that this business offers. 7/18/2012, Again today I've returned to Ruben and his staff to have my Ram rustproofing touched up. It's always nice to see a nice clean truck with any of the imperfections cleaned up. Very NICE Job once again. I can't wait to get the 98' Celica GT (that's just been completely refurbished) out for the window tinting. Also...the new speakers you put in last year during the restoration have been great. Can't tell anything has been changed by looking at it....until you fire up the stereo. It's plenty for me and works great! Last fall when the wife's remote was acting up on her car I also appreciate the very quick response and repair to correct the problem. Got to love the great service and warranty work. The price was right..."NO CHARGE"!"
