"After spending a lot of money during a remodeling of our whole house over the last 8 years, I am still frustrated today. As I purchase materials to build a deck, go to the lumber yard and yet no help to load!!!!! You think spending a couple grand today, you could get help. 5 employees standing around , one comes over to ask if help is needed, I said yes for help loading, and they walked away. Then during the loading and picking process, several other customers come and the staff continued to ask and help others, but never come back to help. Not the first time this negligence has occurred. Very frustrated customer ...."
"I ordered 6 items online for pickup and did to avoid contact and guess. One item was missing of the 6. The receipt shows it but not in the bag. Now to drive 7 miles to get one item seriously. I think they need a second counter or checker to double check the orders. I couldn't image groceries or a larger order. Defeats the whole online shopping"
