"This place has terrible customer service. They put a rope in front of their door so they won't have to service customers. I walked in at 832pm to find they put a rope in front of the entrance so you couldn't even enter the store. 9pm closing time is not 832pm. I had six people show up behind me to find them refusing to let people in, and it was not crowded inside. Luckily, I can take my business to James Avery, who was glad to have customers."
"I’ve been holding on some earrings I’ve wanted. Just to see if there would be a Black Friday deal. I noticed that they show “discount” on items but they also raised the price. So the “discount” brings the total to the original sale price. I only know this because I bought some earrings in September this year. The earrings were $80. Today the website shows $100 with a 20% discount bringing them to $80?????? The same price they were in September. This ultimately helped my decision to look elsewhere. That’s just wrong!"
"I dropped off 88 items at this location for cleaning. Upon pick up my discontinued item was damaged (missing stone) I alerted the manager and after checking she informed me that she had taken the drop off photo backwards and could not assist me in any way with my now damaged pendant. I informed her that her mistake is not the responsibility of the customer but the manager. She very coldly offered me the corporate number and offered no apology nor would she notate the issue that happened! DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR JEWELRY!"
