"Waited 15 minutes to talk to the woman working to purchase a watch for my husband. After listening to numerous stories about her personal life talking to another couple in the store who openly said “I’m not going to be ready to buy one for a few years” we left and drove to a different store to purchase a Rolex. What a waste of a retail space. Even the people on the jewelry side were rude."

"Went in to get a simple adjustment. Lady had the energy and enthusiasm of a sloth. Did not feel like what the brand represents or anything like what I've experienced at other locations. I have to go here by default because there aren't any other stores here. I'm sure it's the same lady everyone else has complained about. Didn't even put gloves on to handle new piece. I had to remind her."
