"Was staying nearby and decided to stop in and pick up a few gifts for my family. Wonderful selection of jewelry, accessories and clothing. Prices were low and staff extremely friendly and helpful. These reasons alone would justify a 5 / 5 rating on my experience - however what takes it to the next level was the service which was provided by the store manager, Luis. After returning home from my trip to realize I had bought the wrong size shirt for my daughter, I contacted Luis and asked if he could help exchange it. He made himself available via text and assisted with a quick resolution of shipping the correct size shirt straight to my home for just the charge of the garment itself. Extremely refreshing to see this level of professionalism. Highly recommend Plaza Taxco and can't wait to visit next time I'm in town."
