"I purchased a ring Jan 24 and they had my ring resized so couldn't pick it up till Jan 25 after noon . It's January 26 and I noticed there's a diamond missing from my ring . I've tried calling and the lady said if there was any issue like if my finger turned green to take a picture and send it to the number . So I took a picture of the diamond missing and haven't heard back at all. I take customer service very seriously and I'm not seeing it from this place . I also didn't like how Jeanette hernandez swiped my card and told us there's no refunds . They have two kiosk at Ingram mall and there's no sighs that say No Refunds. Won't be going back to this place and don't recommend them ether ."

"The lady that helped me and my wife was nice at first but as soon as I purchased something she quickly began ignoring us. Also when I asked about a deal she had done with another person she gave a totally different price to me. The ring I purchased was resized for me she had gave me a deal. Than when I put the ring to the light when we had left I noticed it had a hole maybe that was the reason for the deal but she did not make that known to me. Wont purchase anything here again."
