"My husband purchased (what we were told was a sterling silver) diamond ring with a crown and diamond chips on the side in October 2012 for $450. In December the crown fell off. He took it back and they welded it back on. 2 months later 2 of the diamond chip fell out. In March 2013 the ring turned black on the inside & began irritatiing my finger. My husband took it back again. They said they would fix it. He brought my ring back to me with 2 more of the diamond chips gone and these fools dipped it in GOLD!! If wanted a gold ring I would have purchased one in the first place!!!!! They will not replace the ring or refund me any money. This was our third purchase from them but the most expensive & this ring was MY WEDDING RING. Consumers......SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! This place is a joke and I am reporting their misleading sale practices & shoddy workmanship to the BBB. I will never spend money here again. These are the same people with a store near Town East Mall. Beware & stay away!"
