"Just called to see if I could pay to habe a stainless steel 18 inch necklace shortened to 9 imch bracelet. Something thats a couple minute job can be done with pliers in couple of minutes. I've had several done at jewer in Decatur. Lady that answered phone very snobbish said he will only touch fine jewelry gold, platinum, silver stuff like that. I buy more expensive jewelry for my daughter and mom and I wear very expensive Swiss watches. I just prefer stainless over silver because silver tarnishes a d white gold far too expensive for me to spend on bracelet I'll beat up. The job I wanted done is just as easily done on any metal she basically treated me as if my piece wasn't worthy of touching. Very rude. Will not be shopping for fine jewelry gifys or Swiss watches there."
"He did a great job with the sizing, but during the cleaning he took all the antiquing off. They redid the antiquing free of charge, but it was a very sloppy job. I was in tears after I gave it a closer look. The pictures wouldn’t let me get it up close enough to see all the sloppy spots. So disappointed."
