"There was a younger gentleman who greeted us and was very very nice. My significant other and I were just browsing and I ended up seeing some things I’ve been wanting to get. As I was checking out I dropped a smaller bottle of acrylic lite pink paint and wouldn’t you know it, it got on my white shoes. The same gentleman mentioned earlier came to my aid and saw I was wearing white shoes and was SO SO SO SO polite and got me paper towels. I kept apologizing and he was so kind. I felt really bad and wanted to clean the floor but he insisted he had it. I feel awful for not getting his name. He was even kind enough to give me tips for my shoe. I know I didn’t make a huge mess but his unbelievably kind actions really made my day. I was beyond embarrassed and he kept reassuring me it was fine. I can’t thank him enough."
