"My recent visit to your store left much to be desired, as the in-store experience was far from satisfactory. The owner of the store was particularly ignorant and displayed rudeness towards other customers. Nevertheless, I made a purchase of three items. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that one of the items is defective. I tried to reach out by using the contact number listed on the receipt and the one listed on Google, but unfortunately, both numbers appear to be unresponsive. This lack of communication is causing significant inconvenience."
