"So I purchased some cargo pants for my daughter on 11-4-23 and she didn't like them..So with tag still on them and the receipt I thought I was good for a return..well..life was lifing and the Holidays and I didn't make it in with the pants until 1-4-24 and was told I could Only receive a portion of my $$ back because it was past the 60 day policy.. REALLY?? As much business and money that has transpired between me and this store Ur willing to lose me as a customer because how are taking money out my pocket for a product that was still new because of a day or two..And there is Nothing that states said policy on the receipt..Well enjoy that $14 because it will be the last you will get out of Me."

"My siblings and I were planning on doing the awkward photo shoot trend for our dad’s Christmas present here. There was Christmas traffic and the parking lot was full so we were 5 minutes late. We got there and the woman at the studio refused to do anything with us. We even asked if we could have a 5 minute photo shoot and she rudely refused it. They didn’t mention that our session would only be 15 minutes on the phone and we’re extremely rude. Come here if you want god-awful pictures and to be degraded by the employees."

"This is a really nice store. The shelves were full of merchandise. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for. I haven't worn a suit in years but thought I could find what I was looking for a Penny's. It didn't seem to workout the way I wanted. I was extremely disappointed in their selection. Horrible!! ☹"
