"if i could give 0 stars i would. i was told they have 24 hr hold and my shirts would be put back out the next morning, i showed up the next morning for my shirts to be told by the same employee that she had put them back out the night before. i only had to put them on hold because they aren't taking cash at the moment due to not being able to open the safe for cash and i don't usually use a card, i was only made aware of the issue when i was already ready to check out because they had a small piece of paper saying "card only" in front of the register which was difficult to notice. the employee was also quite rude when telling me that the shirts had been put out already."
"Misha is outstanding! I came in with a return, bought the wrong sized shirt at Christmas and it’s taken me this long to make a trip back in. Of course I didn’t have my receipt however Misha made sure I was a satisfied customer! I told her she has restored my faith in customer service personnel and I was not kidding! She went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as painless as possible. I realize this is a simple exchange so what’s the big deal? Well Spencer’s stupid policy is, no receipt no exchange…I was totally bummed and voiced that. In the most polite way of course. Misha didn’t have to oblige but she did, for the sake of the customer and for that I am so thankful! Spencer’s… Misha is an outstanding employee, reward her for being so great! You should consider yourself lucky to have her."
"Update: For the user commenting we might be theifs you’re pathetic get a life. We weren’t stealing we were being discriminated against so KMA. I was super excited about this location opening however, This one store attendant (female) followed us throughout the store pretending to stock not once did she ask if we needed help she followed us almost to the register. I’m very disappointed in this experience."
"A few days ago, i decided to stop by and visit this new Spencer's in my area. When I walked in,I was greeted by an African American girl who gave me the most ugliest attitude throughout my time there. Not once did she ask me if I needed help with anything. I would like to mention that 2 other girls who were working at this location did change my experience they are very friendly and helpful."
"So glad to see the new Spencer's. Even better that I don't have to enter a mall to get to it. Everyone is helpful and having fun. Keep up the great work."
