"We moved into our home in 2010 and the previous owner had work done by Steve Birdsong with Fort Worth Foundation repair. We have noticed slight shifting and thought it would be wise since we were told that there was a transferable warrant and it is better to be safe than sorry. I have been trying to reach them from September 2016 and finally had someone named Angela answer the phone. I told her the issue and she said to email over paperwork, which I did same day, and she would call me right back. I waited but called back twice before getting a call one week later from Steve himself. I missed the call but the voicemail stated that he did not get my email that goes directly to his phone. So I immediately emailed again and called back to let him know I got his voicemail and had sent the email again. I have called 7 more times since then and emailed once more to try and confirm they received my paperwork with no resolve. I feel my only options left are to voice my concerns via reviews and the Better Business Bureau so no one else gets treated in the manner our family has."
