The guy at the store went on and on about how Amazon parts are cheap and the store’s parts are quality and will last….5 months later, one broke already. I was expecting more than 5 months for all the “quality” he spoke of, especially for the price I paid."

"I recommended Chris at CAS to my elderly mother who's fridge went out. Mom paid over $900 to CAS. It worked for one day then quit again. He sent one of his contractors to repair. It worked again for 1 day then went out. She lost all of the food which spoiled both times. I spoke with Chris and said the right thing to do was refund the money to my mother who is on a fixed income. Chris likes to likes hide behind his "subcontractors" and told me my mom needs to talk them. As of 9/8/23 he has not responded to my mom or me nor has he issued her a refund. Extremely unprofessional. I would stay away from CAS and suspect many of their positive reviews are paid for. BBB will also be contacted."
