After being stood up multiple times by a chain company I decided to call DFW home maintenance for an appointment. I called at 10am on Wednesday and they has Jason (the plumber) at my house by 4pm ready to install my new water heater. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly to resolve our issue. After installation the home office called to set up a time for a city inspector to come out the next day for inspection. I think this is great customer service. My hot water was restored within a hour of installation. Damon was also great to work with and was very helpful and kept me informed. First with the original call back to the thumbtack request I posted and all the way through the completion of both projects. We had our kitchen sink re-plumbed and small tank hot water heater installed to provide instant hot water. It was complex but their plumber took care of the install with ease. Later we had an entry way light, breakfast light, dining light, and pendant lights changed out. Damon assigned a very skillful team to tackle the job the next day which was extremely appreciated.
